• Low Frequency Mode | 30Hz
  Designed for gentle stimulation of the skin and surrounding tissues to support relaxation.

How to Use

1. Press the power button to turn on the device and select the desired mode. When first powered on, the device starts in Low Frequency Mode (30Hz) / Intensity Level 1.
2. Attach the exercise area to the sheet and position it properly.
3. Make sure the two body areas you want to stimulate are in close contact with the sheet.
4. Adjust the stimulation strength using the intensity control button as needed.
5. Press the + and - buttons at the same time to lock the current mode and intensity level for safer use.
6. Press the power button to turn the device off after use. If skin contact is not detected, the device will automatically stop after about 10 seconds.
7. After use, gently wipe the sheet with a wet tissue or soft cloth.
